Work Formats
A focused outside view of visible digital exposure before deeper diligence or authorised site access. Typical coverage includes public exposure, internet-facing services, platform signals, passive technical indicators and validation gaps.
Site, district or corridor observations where documentation and operating reality may diverge. The note can cover visible infrastructure, hospitality density, local technical conditions, vendor marks and field indicators that remote review cannot resolve.
A digital and field layer for EDD, investment risk, corporate intelligence or counsel reports. Findings are written so observed, inferred and unverified material remain separate.

Public Sample Outputs
The method is documented in two public assessments. They are not client disclosures; they show report structure, judgement style, collection limits and the kind of questions that can be taken into a real mandate.

Buyer Fit
The strongest fit is a specialist analytical stream inside a larger mandate: a memo, field verification note, source note, findings annex or standalone assessment where the digital and local operating layer needs more attention than the core diligence team can give it.
Coverage and Languages
Primary focus is Morocco. Maghreb and wider MENA context can be used where it supports a mandate centred on Morocco, but this is not presented as full regional operational coverage.
Reporting in English and Italian. French and Arabic source research can be used where relevant, especially for local business records, administrative material, media and regional source context.
