For Mandate Teams and Risk Consultancies

Risk advisory, corporate intelligence, EDD and due diligence teams sometimes need a Morocco digital risk layer without building a permanent local capability for every mandate. This page explains how the work fits inside another firm's file. The capability rests on thirteen years of recurring field work in Morocco; all field collection is conducted personally, not subcontracted.

The focus is visible digital exposure, passive field indicators, inherited operating risk and validation gaps around Moroccan hotels, riads, real estate, retail sites and local operating environments.

Where It Fits

  • Exposure memo before deeper diligence or authorised site access.
  • Field verification note for site, district or corridor questions.
  • Technical annex inside EDD, investment risk, corporate intelligence or counsel reports.
  • Public exposure, wireless baseline, visible infrastructure, operating context and validation gaps kept distinct.

Collection and Handling

Work can be conducted under NDA and structured to a firm's house format. Findings use ICD-203 style confidence language where useful, with observed, inferred and unverified material kept separate.

Collection follows an OSINT-led CTI workflow and passive methods unless a client explicitly authorises a broader scope. External exposure intelligence, passive technical indicators and local sector context are used where relevant. No active probing, unauthorised access, credential testing, interception or exploitation.

Languages

Reporting in English and Italian. French and Arabic source research can be used where relevant, especially for local business registries, administrative documentation, Arabic-language media and regional source material.

Geographic scope

Morocco is the primary operating geography. Maghreb and MENA context are used only where they help frame a Morocco mandate, not as a claim of full regional operational coverage.

What I do not do

I do not conduct broad private investigation, physical surveillance, source recruitment or general market research. I do not produce standalone political risk assessments. The scope is digital risk and operational exposure in Morocco and its immediate regional context, not a full service local capability.

Work samples

The Medina of Fez field assessment demonstrates OSINT, passive Wi-Fi proximity collection, field observation, confidence language and limits. The hospitality portfolio report is an illustrative report format for transaction use.
